To ensure a seamless experience and a look that perfectly harmonizes with your style, we kindly ask you to send us your inspiration pictures, ideas, and a photo of your wedding gown well in advance. This allows our master professionals to carefully analyze your features, the dress's neckline, and the overall aesthetic, so we are fully prepared and inspired the moment you step through our doors.
The Separate Fee for Trials
A trial is a dedicated, unhurried creative session where our top-tier professionals reserve their exclusive time and expertise entirely for you. We treat the trial with the same precision, premium products, and artistry as the wedding day itself. Because your hair and makeup will be flawless and camera-ready, we highly recommend scheduling your trial on a day when you can enjoy a special dinner, an engagement photoshoot, or an evening out afterward.
Not at all. The majority of our brides choose to book without a trial. Thanks to our team’s elite experience and calm professionalism, we achieve stunning, bespoke results by utilizing the inspiration photos and details you send us before the wedding.
When you book with us, we secure our master artists exclusively for your celebration, meaning we turn away all other inquiries for that specific date. To guarantee this elite level of dedication and seamless resource planning, we require a booking deposit. This mutual commitment ensures that your date is fully protected, and allows our team to focus entirely on perfecting your upcoming experience.
To finalize and secure your reservation, the booking fee must be paid according to our seasonal schedule:
- High Season (May 1st – August 30th): The booking fee must be settled 3 months prior to the wedding date.
- Standard Season (September 1st – April 30th): The booking fee must be settled 2 months prior to the wedding date.
Please note that because we reserve these prime dates exclusively for you and decline other bridal parties, the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation.
If your styling and makeup are done at the Niki Newd studio, there are, of course, no extra travel or location fees applied.
However, we are also delighted to bring our services directly to your wedding venue or hotel to make your morning as relaxing as possible. For these on-site services, travel expenses will be added to the final invoice.
- By Car: Travel expenses are calculated based on standard statutory mileage allowances (kilometrikorvaus).
- Other Transport: If the location requires other means of transportation (such as flights, ferries, or trains), the arrangements and costs will be agreed upon separately.
